It’s been awhile since I have had the opportunity to work with VSP. Who is VSP? VSP Vision Care is the nation’s largest vision benefit and services provider. More than 58 million members, or 1 in 6 Americans, trust VSP for their eye care and eyewear needs. That’s ALOT of people!

They are also the leading not-for-profit vision care company! In the past I have worked with them on a few outreach programs – they truly do CARE about eye care, those of us that need it, and saving us money on eye care.

To date, through VSP community outreach programs such as VSP Mobile Eyes® and Sight for Students®, and through relationships including those with the American Red Cross and Prevent Blindness America, VSP has invested close to $146 million in free eye care and eyewear for more than 775,000 adults and children in need throughout the United States.

They actually have a FUN calculator at www.SeeMuchMore.com that shows the money you save with VSP’s insurance. How cool is that?! I don’t personally need glasses, but my husband wears them and both my parents do and I know that it is a very costly expense. So, a calculator that can show you in a just a few seconds on how much you can SAVE is a FUN tool!

I honestly don’t know how much I would save because the plan I currently had with someone else I am not qualified for anymore. But If I did save a lot that would help out a bunch.

We’re a huge “need vision insurance” family. Both my husband and I regularly get contacts and glasses. I’d save big on frames with insurance. As it is, I’ve been wearing the same prescription for a few years because glasses and eye docs are so freaking expensive!
